'Nari Shakti' may yet prostrate the Standing Committee.

"China halted construction on a secret port project in the United Arab Emirates that US intelligence agencies suspected was a military facility, the Wall Street Journal reported....citing unidentified people familiar with the matter," HT. "The US found that China was building some sort of military installation at the port near the Emirati capital of Abu Dhabi based on classified satellite imagery, the report said. The Emirati government appeared to be unaware of the military nature of the facility, it added." It would seem from this that China had a contract to build a commercial port but were secretly adding military capabilities. Presumably this would have helped China to spy on the US base in the UAE (wikipedia) and even smuggle in missiles to attack US ships and planes. And yet US businesses would like to ease Chinese goods into the US, which means transferring US wealth to China. "Ahead of President Joe Biden's virtual meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, two dozen business groups are calling on the Biden administration to work towards removing tariffs on China to ease historic inflation," CNN. It is inspiring to see they care so much for the people. "In a letter to Biden officials..., the business groups warned tariffs on China and retaliatory levies are hurting US companies and families by rising costs." Pure altruism, they are not worried about their bonuses. "A whistleblower who warned her bosses at the UN Human Rights Office that China was getting information on dissidents coming to speak at the world body has been fired," Fox News. "Emma Reilly was dismissed within 24 hours of her giving an interview to the leading French newspaper Le Monde." "Reilly notified her UN bosses when she learned that the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) -- on the request of China -- handed over names of dissidents who were coming to the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva Switzerland." The International Criminal Police Organization, or Interpol, has 195 member states who cooperate on catching those engaged in transnational crimes, such as terrorism, cybercrimes and organized crime, wikipedia. China uses the Interpol, not to catch criminals and members of international gangs, but instead "has selectively used this service to repatriate Chinese nationals wanted by the authorities for engaging in political/religious activism or expressing views contrary to that professed by the Chinese Communist Party," ET. "At least 600 Taiwanese nationals were extradited to China from around the world from 2016 to 2019, a new report has revealed," TOI. The highest known cases of forced transfers, as per the report, is 220 -- which was 5 years ago." Some are standing up to the rogue state. "The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has announced an immediate suspension of all tournaments in China, including Hong Kong, in response to Beijing's silencing of sexual assault allegations made by Chinese tennis star Peng Shuai against former top Communist Party official," CNN. In India, 'Nari Shakti' means 'Power of Women', India Today. Men have been bought. Maybe Nari Shakti will bring down the Chinese Standing Committee psychopaths. Seven, all men.
