As expected Tony Blair most emphatically had no regrets in invading Iraq and being responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands. Neither did Milosevic or Saddam or Mengele or Eichman and a host of others but that did not make them any less criminals. Neither does it alter the fact that Tony Blair is most definitely a war criminal. The British could make out a case against him as a traitor for having handed the sovereignty of the country to the US by being the unapologetic poodle of George W. Bush. When asked about whether he had prepared for the post war phase he said, If we had known then what we know now we would have done things differently. So a further charge can be added to the list, that of being stupidly cavalier. As Prime Minister of a country with a permanent Security Council seat he should have known that Iraq would fall apart if Saddam Hussein was removed. This is a country with 60% Shias and 20% Kurds being ruled by the 20% Sunni population. He did not know that Iran will play hardball when Ahmad Chalabi was probably their agent. He did not know that the Kurds would want independence based on the oil income from the wells around Arbil and that Turkey would never allow that. It is only because Turkey still has faint hopes of joining the European Union that it has not attacked northern Iraq. Mr. Blair was quite wrong when he mentioned Hans Blix for support. Mr Blix consistently and firmly said that Iraq had no WMDs. The British are masters of whitewash and the report of this enquiry will no doubt exonerate Tony Blair. This would be the time for the families of dead Iraqis to go to the International Criminal Court to ask for an arrest warrant.

P. S. Agarwal, owner of the chain of stores, Haldiram selling Indian confectionery has been sentenced to life imprisonment by a fast track court in Kolkata for having hired four men to kill one Pramod Sharma. Sharma had set up a tea stall outside two buildings owned by Agarwal in central Kolkata. Agarwal wanted to convert the buildings into shopping malls with food outlets and managed to pay off everyone in these buildings to move away but Sharma refused. To remove him Agarwal filed a case in civil court but like all cases it has been stuck there for years. Unable to buy him off or get relief from the court Agarwal sent his goons to shoot Sharma. Sharma managed to escape and mounted a campaign to bring Agarwal to justice in which he has been successful. What is not clear is whether the tea stall was a registered shop and therefore legal. What is for certain is that he would not have been paying any sort of tax. This case typifies the mess of Indian society. 1. By pleading poverty any person can occupy any land and cannot be touched because politicians will protect him. 2. Had the civil court given its judgement things would probably not have gone so far. Had Agarwal lost he would just have had to pay much more to settle. Thus our criminal justice system is not only full of criminals it forces law abiding citizens to become criminals. 3. Agarwal picked a bunch of idiots to shoot Sharma. Had they killed him it would have been easy to bribe the police and the widow and he would have saved himself a heap of trouble. So the lesson is that if you want a hit spend more and get professionals. Better still conduct an IQ test before recruiting them. The fellow in the BMW case got just two years for killing seven but Agarwal gets ten years for shooting a fellow in the leg. Incredible India.

The Reserve Bank of India, RBI has been forced to raise by 50 basis points the Cash Reserve Ratio, CRR or the money banks have to keep in reserve or in government bonds. This is in an effort to bring down lending and tame inflation. With food inflation running at over 17% and general inflation at around 8% this may be a stopgap measure before the bank is forced to increase interest rates which will hit economic growth. The government and industrialists are against such a move but the RBI may have no choice. The government wants growth to continue because that increases tax collections which, with the fiscal deficit at over 6%, they need desperately to balance the books. The government is very proud of having averted recession and achieved growth last year when the rest of the world was down. This was achieved by injection of money into the economy by almost doubling the salaries of undeserving kleptocrats, by forgiving bank loans taken by farmers and by doling out cash to farmers in the NREGA scheme. Indirect taxes were reduced to stimulate consumption. The government cannot take back money thrown at kleptocrats and farmers so they are desperate to increase taxes. If they do that it will add to the cost of goods and services and inflation will spike. The RBI will then be forced to increase interest rates. Misusing public funds for winning elections may seem sweet in the short term but may cause serious indigestion later.

Sitting 10000 miles away President Obama's State of the Union speech was impressive indeed. Last week promised to fight and he came out swinging. He started by laying the blame for the present mess on the Bush/Cheney combine. He laid out his plans for the future on education, small businesses, college loans, child allowance and healthcare. He challenged the Republicans to expose all lobbyists and who they are contacting on a single website. He really threw down the gauntlet, rather he shoved it down Republican throats, when he said to leave all pettiness aside and not to oppose every bill. He squarely put the responsibility of governance on their shoulders by saying that the opposition has a duty towards the people and not just scoring points with a view to reelection. While the Democrats cheered lustily the Republicans sat glumly giving the impression of a bunch school bullies being lectured to by the headmaster. Whether this speech alone will improve the prospects of the Democrats in November remains to be seen but if Mr. Obama follows up with strong pressure on the Republicans in public he could cause an upset or two. However, over the last year I have the impression that Mr. Obama reacts after a lag period. Perhaps it is his nature to ponder deeply and take every opinion before making up his mind but it gives the impression of indecision, almost as if his thyroid is not at hundred percent. Waiting five days before sending troops to Haiti was a terrible waste of time and lives. If you are going to help these people why wait for so many to die before making up your mind? Still, today was his day. Sarah did you get it?

Today we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the day our country became a republic. Politicians of all hues will stand on podiums across the land as army units, police and school children march past. Stirring speeches will be delivered promising jam today for the aam aadmi. As always the truth will remain hidden in the fog of rhetoric. The truth is that to be able to stand on a podiums elections have to be won. Which means guns and sackfuls of black money. Which means only criminal scum can win. To win elections promises of free electricity, cheap rice, more reservation for the undeserving and such have to be made. Such promises are only effective if you have an army of half naked, hungry aam aadmi with swarms of dirty malnourished children to feed. Which means it is in the interest of the criminal politician to keep the aam aadmi hungry and naked. Which in turn allows huge taxes to be levied on the middle class to keep them in check. Huge taxes mean huge amounts of money for the criminal politicians and kleptocrats to award themselves all kinds of goodies such as cheap housing, free travel, five star hotels and unlimited opportunities of raking in bribes. What an irony that democracy in India depends on keeping people uneducated and poor while China, which is a ruthless oligarchy, has to maintain a scorching growth rate to keep its people in material comfort so that they do not challenge the Party. Unfortunately a freeloading selfish press helps in the reinforcing these lies. May God help and protect my India.

Seems that black students, who constitute 70% of students, at South Philadelphia High School have been assaulting students of Asian origin who make up around 18% of the school. Asian students have said that the blacks routinely throw food at them, beat, punch and kick them and abuse them racially. At least 50 students were attacked of which 30 were injured prompting Asian students to go on a week long strike. It would be interesting to know how many blacks are in the Philadelphia school district board to know why complaints of Asian students were systematically ignored. Blacks are very quick to accuse others of racism but are no less racists themselves. A look at Africa shows how intolerant blacks are towards others they see as different. Tutsis and Hutus kill each other. Tribes belonging to Kibaki and Odinga in Kenya killed each other after last year's elections. Mugabe of Shona tribe massacred the Ndebeles. Black muslim Arabs in Sudan have cleansed and massacred black muslim Nubians in Darfour. Muslims and christians are killing each other in Nigeria. Blacks voted en masse for Mr. Obama only because he is black. You would check the credentials of a man applying for a janitor's post and this is the highest office in the land. No wonder the whites are holding tea parties now.

One Mr. Omprakash Valmiki, a dalit writer, has said, ' Being called a Hindu is like a gaali ( abuse ) to me.' Raw hatred indeed. What made brahmins an upper caste? They did themselves. What made kshatriyas a martial caste? They did themselves. Why are dalits still dalits 63 years after independence? Because they wish to be. Having a Schedule Caste, SC or Schedule Tribe, ST certificate is like a winning lottery ticket. Students with abysmal marks just walk into elite educational institutions. Useless undeserving people get cushy government jobs with automatic promotions not because of the quality of their work but only because they are dalits. Gujjars are fighting pitched battles to be classed as ST. One lady has gone all the way to Bombay High Court to maintain her SC status even though married to an upper caste man. Mr. Omprakash, you may call it whatever you wish, I call it begging. Unlike you I am proud to be a Hindu. My family were penniless refugees from what is now Bangladesh and I can tell how much my parents struggled to bring us up. They did not beg. If your people want respect tell them to withdraw their outstretched hands, stand up straight, look us in the eye and say,' WE ARE EQUAL.' You will find that suddenly all differences will disappear. Mr. Omprakash, do you have the guts or will you continue to stew in your hate brought on by self pity?

Journalists of the english press in India seem very well educated but such is their belief in their superior knowledge that they tend to pontificate about every subject as though everyone else is an idiot. Such has been the reaction to the IPL, a T20 cricket tournament organised by the BCCI every year in which teams are assembled by buying players in an auction resulting in teams with players of diverse countries. The teams are owned by wealthy individuals, industrialists and Bollywood actors. This year Pakistani players were invited to submit their names but were not bid for. The conceited journalists are of the opinion that the Pakis have been slighted and that it was wrong. This is at a time when India is being warned of increased threats of terrorist attacks from Pakistan. Pakistani government is on record as stating that if Pakistan is attacked by any country, not just India, it will use nuclear weapons on India. Why then should we allow Pakis to make money from the Indian public. Also since the teams are owned by individuals surely they have a right to spend their own money any which way they choose without having to give any explanations for their choice. Unfortunately these freeloading journalists, in their efforts to please their political masters, are not only wrong but guilty of treachery as well.

President Obama wants to fight the might of the big banks who were responsible for the deep recession of last year. For one year he has done nothing allowing the thugs, racists and airheads of the other side to set the tone of the debate. He has not closed Guantanamo, he has not got rid of the military tribunals, he has not passed his healthcare plan, he has made no advance in the middle east, he has not made Pakistan any safer and, crucially, he has not held Bush responsible for the financial mess that exploded. The result has been the loss of the senate seat in Massachusettes which had been held by the Kennedys for 56 years. Now it looks that the Democrats are going to lose control of both the House and the Senate later this year. At the same time the right wing Supreme Court has removed the ceiling on ' political contributions ' by corporates meaning unlimited capacity to buy lawmakers. This will allow banks to use their mega profits for ' lobbying ' which means bribing lawmakers. So now he wants to fight. Madeleine Albright would approve. She was always challenging men on the size of their cojones, probably because hers were bigger. Now is the chance for Mr. Obama to prove that he measures up.

A leading english daily, which is a Congress party mouthpiece, has been running a campaign on loving Pakistanis. It continues to make the point that Indians should embrace ordinary Pakis as brothers and all animosity will disappear. This is what the Congress has been doing for 63 years since independence and we can see how many brothers it has gained us. To the north China. Nehru was ecstatic about Panchsheel and hindi-chini bhai bhai. China occupies 50000 sq miles of Indian territory and is threatening continuously. Also Nepal. It has a communist government which is supplying arms to Naxals. To the east Burma. A failed state run by vicious baboons in uniform surviving with Chinese help. Also Bangladesh. Indira Gandhi helped make it independent. Now it is a staging post of Paki terrorists as well as its own HuJi brand. To the south Sri Lanka. Rajiv Gandhi sent a peace keeping force. Many died. Now Rajapakse is allowing China to build a naval base to attack India. To the west Pakistan. Another failed state which is the biggest exporter of terrorism. Six decades of appeasement and grovelling and surrounded by enemies who want to wipe us off the map. Israel, on the other hand, takes two eyes for the loss of one and is respected throughout. Egypt and Jordan has peace treaties with it. India is weak because of enemies within and freeloading press to whitewash their sins.

A surgeon is south Mumbai has been asked by a consumer court to pay Rs. 100000 plus Rs. 1000 cost to a patient who was operated on for piles. After the operation he developed pain and swelling around the anus and had to go to another surgeon to set things right. Admittedly it is not pleasant to have pain in the anus. You cannot sit and cannot ask for sympathy because it is embarassing to discuss. So Rathore, who as the Director General of police molested a 14 year old girl and then hounded the family forcing her to kill herself, is fined Rs. 1000 while a pain in the anus is valued at Rs. 101000. The anus is therefore 1000 times more valuable than a teenage girl. Incredible India indeed. Is it any wonder that Union Carbide thought they were paying too much when they dished out an insulting $ 500 million for killing over 20000 outright and tens of thousands therafter in a slow lingering death. If 50000 have died till now it values each person at $ 10000 or Rs. 450000, just 4.5 times the value of a man's anus. Sometimes a man's life has no value at all as when he is murdered by a politician who is then let off because his support is necessary for the ruling party and who then becomes the chief minister of a state. No wonder the Australians are puzzled by the fuss in the Indian press about Indians being systematically beaten and killed in Australia in racist attacks.

Eight days from the earthquake in Haiti and we still have wall to wall coverage on BBC and CNN. Seems that every broken building has one reporter crawling around in search of a battered corpse to show to an audience morbidly fascinated with blood and suffering. Much like a crowd gathers to gawp at an accident where a person is bleeding to death but does nothing to help. Often the news is prefaced by, ' the following pictures may be disturbing ' calculated to attract the ghouls excited by pictures of people reduced to begging for water and resorting to looting to stay alive. Anything to increase eyeballs and profits from commercials. The question that comes to mind is that if these voyeuristic reporters can fly in with all their gear and can find transport to roam around wherever they please without seemingly being hindered by lack of infrastructure then why are aid people unable to land at the airport and no aid is reaching the vulnerable. The most sickening is when they glorify a survivor being pulled out alive by their countrymen and the touching gratitude expressed by the victim. Twice a victim because of being buried alive by the earthquake and because of the shameless exploitation of the vulnerability of the person. I understand that Dr. Sanjay Gupta of the CNN has operated on a 12 year old girl with a head injury and she survived. How much will they milk the poor child?

While on an Air India flight Ustad Amjad Ali Khan's sarod ( a string instrument played in India ) was broken. As is usual in India Air India claimed that the instrument was broken before the flight. The Ustad's son Amaan said, ' Had something like this happened to me I would've killed the culprit. ' His brother Ayaan said, ' One has to literally throw an instrument to reduce it to pieces.' Quite. Thing is that no Indian will be surprised by this incident. Air India is a sarkari company and one gets battered by any contact with any sarkari fellow. Citizens are treated with greater respect than foreigners in every country of the world, including police states like Saudi Arabia and China, except in India where citizens are humiliated at every turn. This is the only country where we have to go through immigration when you return from abroad. With sarkari fellows setting the standard of callous insensitivity it is no surprise that private and foreign companies treat customers like refuse ( remember Union Carbide ). Banks, insurance companies or manufacturing companies all operate on the principle of denial. I think that our famous management institutes train students on how to keep cool, to continue to deny any responsibility and to keep goading the customer with a mysterious law called ' company policy ' until the customer loses his cool. Then they say,' sir you are shouting so I have nothing further to say.' Victory. If you are a white foreigner then they bow and scrape much like our ministers. Sixtytwo years and we are still not independent and will never be until Indians are numero uno in their own country.

Google's intent of pulling out of China because of hackers attacking mails of human rights campaigners is equivalent to throwing a shoe in the face of the Chinese government. Being uncivilised barbarians the Chinese are very conscious of loss of ' face ' and there cannot be a bigger loss of face than an american company indicating that they are indeed barbarians with no respect for their own people. This is not some empty name calling. When a Chinese mining company failed in its bid to acquire the Australian mining giant Rio Tinto the Chinese arrested some Rio Tinto executives on charges of industrial eapionage and are still holding them. This is the action of a street thug. If I cannot get what I want I will smash your face in. Recently 40 workers at Korba in Chhattisgarh, India died when a chimney they were building for a Chinese company, SEPCO collapsed. Three Chinese engineers have been arrested for shoddy work and rightly so because so many people died. So China has arrested 21 Indian diamond merchants in Shenzen on palpably false charges of smuggling and are holding them without allowing Indian consular officials to assist in their defence. Unfortunately the world only sees opportunity of making money in China. Google has put the spotlight on what barbaric savages they are. Thank you Google.

Five days have passed since the earthquake hit Haiti on tuesday but no aid has yet reached the ground. The facile excuse being trotted out is that there is no infrastructure. Of course there is no blasted infrastructure because whatever there was has been flattened by the earthquake. Seems that rescue teams have had to go back because they could not land at the airport and whatever aid that has reached is still sitting on the tarmac and nothing so far has reached the people. If the will had been really strong aid could have been flown into the Dominican Republic next door and then taken in by road. Astonishingly americans have only just begun to arrive with President Obama promising every kind of help. Does he think people buried under tons of rubble in the heat of the southern hemisphere summer will wait patiently until the great americans arrive with some water and bandaid. Upto 200000 are feared to have died. However Haitians should mind. People died of thirst in New Orleans too after hurricane Katrina when infrastructure was no problem. All that hype about ' change ' but there is no difference between Bush and Obama - a moron and a gasbag.

Promising socialism Hugo Chavez won his first term in office. He nationalised the oil industry, brought free medical care and education for the poor and survived a coup. Oil prices were very high which paid for his give aways to the poor and he won a second term comfortably. To remain popular he did not tell the truth and that was that the state could not pay for free goodies unless the poor had fewer children. In a Catholic country that would not have gone down very well. Now the oil price has fallen and he is unable to tackle a rising population with high expectations that he has generated. Crime rates have soared and inflation is threatening to get out of hand. He has devalued the currency at a differential rate which means one rate for medicines and essentials and another for white goods. Floating on a sea of oil he has to resort to rolling power cuts because he has not improved infrastructure choosing to waste his time in abusing the US and wasting money in buying arms to resist an imagined US invasion. To irritate the US he chose to consort with Ahmadinejad and the Chinese and blamed every problem on them. Time is coming when he has to find a friend who will give him refuge as his country implodes. Trouble is no one likes a loud mouth buffoon.

Poor innocent children. Born in a dirt poor country, living in shanties and now suddenly crushed by a massive earthquake. Recent history of Haiti is beyond belief. Crushed by decades of evil wrought by Papa Doc Duvalier who used voodoo and the dreaded Ton Ton Macoute to brutalise the population. His son Baby Doc did not have the same panache and did a runner with whatever cash he could lay his hands on and is now living in France. Since then not much has gone right for this pitiful country. In 2008 at least four hurricanes battered the country and the people are yet to recover from its effects and now this. Of all the natural disasters earthquake is the worst and the most frightening. In a volacanic erruption a pyroclastic flow kills in seconds. It may take a few minutes to die to die of drowning in a tsunami but in an earthquake a person lies trapped under chunks of concrete for days of agony until life slowly drains away. Apparently Port au Prince had more than a million children. Who knows how many have died a painful death not knowing why they were chosen for this cursed life. It is the poor who produce large numbers of children into chronic deprivation and untimely death. The religions encourage the poor to breed ever more in a race to increase followers promising an afterlife of gold but causing lifelong misery in this one. Is it an omen that the cathedral burnt down?

Indian hockey players, preparing for the World Cup, went on strike demanding that they be paid Rs. 450,000 to represent the country. They were offered a derisory and insulting Rs. 25000 by one Mr. Mattoo ( who is he? ) and told them to choose between money and playing for the country. This Mr. Mattoo ( where has he come from? ) closed the training camp and told the players to push off. Meanwhile the boxing team for the forthcoming Commonwealth Games were brought to their accommodations in Delhi to find no beds or food. Indian boxers are only a few of our athletes who win medals at Olympics despite the criminal treatment they receive. So where does all the money that we pay in taxes go? To give useless, parasitic, undeserving uncivil servants 80% pay rise and for criminal politicians to buy fancy aircrafts for themselves. Sports bodies in India are controlled by fellows from these two groups who use sports budgets to travel with their slimy families to various parts of the world while our athletes are treated as dirt. Criminal beggars have no sharam or izzat. Therefore they always win.

The UK government has banned Islam4UK, an Islamic organisation led by one Anjem Chaudary. They vehemently object to the war in Afghanistan and accuse British troops of killing innocent civilians and children. British soldiers killed in Afghanistan are flown home to Wootton Bassett where residents turn out to honour the dead. Islam4UK were apparently planning a march through that town protesting against the killing of muslims. They have denied that they were intending to carry two hundred empty coffins. On hearing of the ban Anjem Chaudary accused the British government of dictatorship and said that he intended to carry on with his activities. He said that he had to continue to pray and spread sharia. ' This is something I must do, and ultimately I will pay whatever price I need to for my belief,' he said. That is great news. Ship him off to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran or any one of the Islamic states in the world and we shall see his devotion to his cause. After all the people of these countries are also fervent believers and should afford him a great welcome. Maybe down the centuries he will be remembered as the great believer who bore his welcome without uttering a sound.

Large parts of Europe lie frozen under tons of snow. Snow has been falling on and off for over one week now and forecasts are predicting more in the next couple of days. In some places they are running out of salt and grit to keep the major roads free of snow and ice. In the UK people are scared that gas supplies will run low and since most heating is done by gas homes will become unbearable. While this is going on in the northern hemisphere it is raining in the south where it is summer. Landslides have killed people in Columbia and floods have inundated parts of Peru. It is entirely possible that the reverse will happen in June/July when there will be summer in the north and winter in the south. Hysterical reporters are using words like unprecedented and unforeseen in news reports. Unprecedented may be but why unforeseen? School children know that 75% of the earth's surface is covered by water so it stands to reason that even a slight rise in temperature will cause evaporation of millions of tons of water from the surface of the oceans. This will eventually come down as rain or snow given weather conditions. As the earth gets warmer we can expect this to become a regular event. This brings the disaster in Copenhagen into sharp focus.

Priests twist religion to suit their interests rather than those of the people. Among Hindus large numbers have converted to other religions because of the treatment they have received. The Catholic church has been rocked by revelations of priests sexually assaulting little children and then being protected by those higher up. Two bishops resigned in Ireland recently for protecting such priests. Ordinary people in the world today are terrified of suicide bombers. In Saudi Arabia one bomber tried to kill Prince Naif by hiding a bomb in his rectum which killed him. Just recently Mutallab tried to explode a bomb in his underwear but failed. These bombers are promised martyrdom and eternal paradise for their efforts. What noone tells them is that on judgement day they will be resurrected exactly as they are buried today and missing parts will not regenerate. They may well be applauded as martyrs and be sent to paradise but with vital organs missing they will not be able to enjoy the full potential of the place. Imagine spending an eternity with 72 luscious virgins and all you can do is offer them dates. Surely the height of frustration.

Inspite of the recession in developed countries last year India achieved a growth of around 8% and is forecast to grow by more than 7% next fiscal. Property prices continue to be in the stratosphere. Apparently an apartment on the 100th floor at the Burj Khalifa Building in Dubai is priced at Rs. 38000 per sq. ft. but apartments in Vasant Vihar in Delhi are Rs. 45000 per sq. ft. while in Nariman Point, Mumbai rates vary between Rs. 90000 to 100000 per sq. ft. Food inflation is still around 20% and prices of everyday items keep going up. The other way of looking at it is that the Indian rupee is buying much less today than it did a year ago which means that the rupee has devalued. Indeed this used to be the story in the past when the rupee kept losing value very year. In 1990 the rupee was 15 to the American dollar dropping to around 50 to the dollar last year. Today it is 45.799 to the dollar. So if the rupee is buying ever less how is its value going up? True, the dollar has lost value against major currencies but inflation in the US is probably less than 2% so it still has some buying power. Perhaps economists will be able to explain how this miracle has come about.

Couple of days ago one Egyptian soldier was shot dead by Palestinians at the Rafah crossing between Egypt and Gaza. The confrontation arose because Egypt is building a steel wall along the border with American assistance to stop smuggling between Egypt and Gaza. The Palestinians dig deep tunnels under the border and use them to smuggle in food, fuel and other necessities and also arms and parts to make rockets to fire indiscriminately into Israel. This led to the bombing of Gaza by the Israelis in 2008. Hamas, which controls Gaza, is a thuggish terrorist organisation and insists it has a right to kill Israelis. Hamas is not satisfied with controlling just Gaza but wants to control the West Bank as well. To accomplish its aims Hamas thugs regularly kill and beat up Fatah members who are also Palestinians. Hamas leaders are furious that Egypt, an Arab country, is building this wall which will stop their illegal activities but no country can allow its territory to be abused without asserting control. Moreover Hamas is controlled by Iran which is an even bigger threat for Arabs. Unless Arabs have the courage to take on Hamas and Hezbollah they could find themselves being overrun by Shia Iran. This may well have been the first shot in that war.

Mr. Jacob Zuma, President of South Africa took a fifth wife yesterday and was seen to be performing a Zulu dance. Apparently this is all normal in Zulu land but Mr. Zuma is no ordinary Zulu. From the bottom of the African continent he should look up and all he will see is poverty, HIV/AIDs, armed conflict, famine, illiteracy, rape of women, teenage pragnancies, uncontrolled diseases like malaria, river blindness, sleeping sickness and on and on and on. About 25% of men in his own country confess to raping at least once. Hundreds of thousands of people are surviving on food aid all across black Africa. Marrying more than once may be acceptable in his society and he surely has the money to feed all his wives and children but other african men do not. It is common for men to desert a wife with six to ten children and take another wife. This leaves the first woman destititute with no way of bringing up her children. The children grow up uneducated and will do anything to survive. This leads to all the other ills affecting the continent. Idi Amin, Bokassa, Mobutu Sese Seko and many other African leaders thought that their position gave them the right to enjoy pleasures of the flesh. Today they are seen as stupid buffoons. Mr. Zuma, you may know how to dance and marry but can you govern?

Nobel prize winning economist, Josef Stiglitz has said that economists were at fault for the financial crisis that happened last year. He thinks that old theories that markets behave rationally and have a self correcting mechanism is wrong. ' Homeowners, investors and probably financial executives showed marked irrationalities and may have bought into their own false arguments.' Everyone seemed to believe that house prices will go up forever. Mr. Stiglitz believes that this is the window of opportunity to build new economic theories. Nobel prize winner he may be but Mr. Stiglitz is dead wrong. He should understand that around 95% of people have IQs of between 100 and 110 and will thus behave as a herd, that is without individual reasoning. If he goes back to the dot com bubble he will find many financial wizzards solemnly opining that that was a goldilocks economy and would not fail. In India people believe even now that house prices and the stock market will go up indefinitely, never mind that 95% of people cannot afford houses at the present rates. You talk to anyone and he will be totally convinced that the price of his house will go up and up. If you ask to what level, a million, 10 million or a billion he will suddenly become confused. Unless Mr. Stiglitz can magically change the human brain boom and bust will continue.

Rathore molests Ruchika, then 14 years old. When she files a complaint she is thrown out of the Lawn Tennis Association of which Rathore is the president. She is thrown out of school. Her brother, also a teenager, is picked up by the police on false charges of car theft and beaten up. The Girhotra family is threatened. After three years of this torture Ruchika swallows poison and departs. Rathore is promoted to Director General of Police, Haryana and receives a President's medal. What makes Rathore treat the Girhotra's as insects to be crushed underfoot? Why is it his right to molest 14 year old Ruchika and get enraged when she complains? What makes it so easy for him to use the men under him to carry out criminal intimidation of the Girhotra's until a child is forced to kill herself? The reason is that Rathore rose up the ranks exactly because he is a perverted monster. As a junior officer in the police he must have protected his seniors and covered up their perversions. He was rewarded for his loyalty by being promoted. As he rose up the ranks he must have provided the same service to politicians. Thus he used his rank and power to try and crush the Girhotras expecting his friends to protect him. What is terrifying is that they did and he corrupted so many men under him. Seems that one in three teaching positions at the prestigious IITs, IISc and Schools of Planning and Architecture are lying vacant. The IITs lack 1284 teachers with Bombay IIT lacking 222. Not surprising when our HRD minister very proudly announced last year that salaries for IIT teachers will not be increased. Three reserved category students who were terminated for failing their exams at IIT moved the Supreme Court which reinstated them and asked IIT teachers to give them extra tuition. So more work without any money. Yet in 2008 the government accepted doubling of salaries for millions of totally useless parasitic kleptocrats. Ever since the Congress occupied the centre six years ago it has single mindedly undermined all the centres of excellence set up by Nehru. The strike at AIIMS over increased reservation seats was ruthlessly crushed. Faculties at IITs are being forced to take reservation candidates. Lately there has been daily assaults on the medical profession with the announcement of degraded medical training for rural people. Seems that the politicians, kleptocrats, police and lawyers have realised that the truth is out and they are despised as the gutter slime they are. So they have decided to bring everyone down to their level. What better way than to destroy education.

If you meet a kafir man try to convert him. If he refuses, kill him. If you meet a kafir woman try to convert her. If she refuses, marry her ( in other words rape her ). If you think you have the right to kill others because they so not agree with you surely they have the right to kill you first in self defence. Yesterday a Somali man attacked the house of Mr. Kurt Westergard and wanted to kill him for having drawn cartoons of the prophet Mohammad. The cartoons were withdrawn and the newspaper apologised. That should have been the end of the matter but clearly for some it is not. Some years ago a Dutch producer was stabbed to death years after having made a movie about Islam. What is this religion that claims the right to kill if you do not agree with it? If your God is so weak that he cannot defend himself then, surely, he is no God. Look around the world map and you will find trouble in every region where there are more than a hundred muslims. They slaughter Jews, Christians, Hindus and each other in thousands everyday. They attack planes with innocent civilians, schools, hospitals, market places, religious places with a savage desire to kill, kill, kill. No one, no matter how young, how weak or how innocent is exempt from this savagery. Yet we are told everyday that Islam is a religion of peace.

Today is the start of the new year, some say a new decade. Indians have a long list for desires but the strongest desire is for truth. For too long criminal politicians and kleptocrats have been lying to us assisted by a craven, freeloading press. Stop saying Indians and Pakistanis are the same. We are not. We do not support jihad and the first use of nuclear weapons no matter who attacks our country. Stop attacking Hindus using the contemptuous term ' Hindutva ' without also enumerating the attacks we have been enduring for centuries. Surely we have a right to self defence. Stop saying we are a low tax country when, in fact, we pay the highest taxes without any services. Income tax starts at Rs. 150,000 while in UK it starts at 7000 pounds per annum. Stop saying that petrol is subsidised when it is taxed at over 100%. Stop talking about the aam aadmi as helpless victims. The poor breed to exploit their own children for more money. The aam aadmi wants to be khas and criminal politicians will never let that happen because they will lose their ' vote bank .' Finally stop the hypocritical reverence for the tricolor when you rape Bharat Mata every day. The motto of the nation of India is ' satyamewa jayate ' or truth always triumphs. That, sadly, is the biggest lie of all.
