Invest in education.

"Public discord over the Israel-Hamas war has produced a noisy protest outside the Washington hotel hosting the annual media dinner for President Joe Biden and journalists, celebrities and politicians." " 'Shame on you!' protesters draped in the traditional Palestinian keffiyeh cloth shouted, running after men in tuxedos and suits and women in long dresses who were holding clutch purses." Telegraph. The complete lack of any logic or understanding among young Americans is astonishing. Hamas can stop the fighting in an instant by releasing all hostages. Instead, "Hamas has published a video showing the first proof of life of two more hostages being held in Gaza." BBC. Hamas is using dead Palestinians as propaganda even as they hide like rats behind human shields. However, the ignorance of American students is not fully their fault. "The United States is not investing as much in human capital as other developed countries," and so, "US test scores are below the global average." "US students' math score has remained steady since 2003. Their science scores have been about the same since 2006." Barrons. If Americans really want to help innocent civilians and children they should concentrate on what their own country is doing. In August 2021, 13 US military personnel and 170 Afghans were killed outside Kabul airport apparently by an ISIS-K suicide bomber. "The Pentagon has insisted all deaths and injuries were caused by the explosive device and the ball bearing it fired into the crowd." But video footage from a Marine's GoPro camera shows long bursts of firing by Marines and doctors have testified that dozens of Afghans were killed by bullet wounds. CNN. "Haiti is a state out of action." One man said angrily, "All the guns here are from the US, everybody knows this. If the US wants to stop this, they could easily do it in one month." BBC. "A US appeals court has ruled that a $10 billion lawsuit filed by Mexico against US gun manufacturers can go ahead, reviving a long-running legal battle." "Mexican authorities allege that tens of thousands of US-manufactured guns are trafficked south across the border each year, providing drug cartels with easy access to massive arsenals to fight each other and the Mexican government." BBC. "The United States in recent weeks secretly shipped long-range missiles to Ukraine" that were part of "a $300 million military aid package for Ukraine." Reuters. An aid package of death. No wonder, foreign military sales (FMS) jumped by a whopping 55.9% to $80.9 billion in FY2023 from $51.9 billion in FY2022. state.gov. "Mr Trump has long vowed to leave Afghanistan and, more broadly, to conclude what he calls the United States' 'endless wars' across the Middle East." NYT, October 2020. Extremely alarming for the military-industrial complex and its in billions in profits. That explains the dubious election victory of Joe Biden in 2020 and the endless manufactured court cases against Trump. If only US students were better educated.
