India takes on the US, Canada and Pakistan.

"After unidentified gunmen shot dead a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist who masterminded the Pampore terror attack, the foreign ministry on Thursday (yesterday) refrained from commenting on issue and said the government would like such individuals to come to India and face the legal system." TOI. It is notable that the ministry did not deny India's involvement in such attacks, which could be read as a tacit admission by other countries. "A recent assassination - the latest in a spate of similar killings from Karachi to Kashmir" "have, either directly or indirectly, been attributed by police to India's foreign intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW)." Dawn. The US has blamed Indian security services for a plot to kill a citizen of both the US and Canada, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in New York. "Federal prosecutors in Manhattan said Nikhil Gupta, 52, worked with the Indian government employee, whose responsibilities included security and intelligence, on the plot to assassinate the New York city resident who advocated for a sovereign Sikh state in northern India." Reuters. Pannun "threatened to shake the very foundations of the Parliament on or before December 13" in a video "showing the poster with his image next to that of Afzal Guru, who was convicted of attacking the Parliament, along with a caption saying 'Delhi Banega (will become) Khalistan." DH. "Shake the very foundations of Parliament" could also mean that he intends to release highly incriminating information which would cast doubts on the legitimacy of the parliament. For instance, the ruling party wins elections by cheating (DH). India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ruchira Khamboj said, "We need to address growing political or state complicity in suppressing the activities of transnational criminal groups," who "continue to harm the economies of their adversary-States, through means such as counterfeiting and the dissemination of the currency of the adversary-State, supply of arms, drugs." Probably accusing Pakistan. And "Many states award economic citizenship to criminal and economic offenders providing sanctuaries in order to evade their arrest and extradition to other countries, in return for such criminals bringing foreign-currency deposits to the State-accomplice." TOI. This may be a direct accusation against the US which awards an EB-5 visa on investing $800,000 in a US enterprise and creating 10 American jobs (visaguide) and against Canada which awards resident status for up to 2 years in return for a "minimum investment of CAD 1.1 million in Canadian securities or to establish business in Canada" (Get Gis). Strong stuff. "There has been no official word on these killings" "But what has caught everybody's fancy is the new age avatar of Indian spy agencies who, like Israel's Mossad or CIA (US intelligence agency), have been eliminating enemies like Hollywood movies or some James Bond flicks," wrote Neeraj Rajput. The US, Canada and Israel support each other. Who is supporting India?
