The Foreign Hand.

It is said that Mrs Indira Gandhi used to blame a " Foreign Hand " for anything that went wrong in India during her time as Prime Minister. It seems that the Hand did not disappear with her death but has been lurking unseen all this time to strike against her grandson, Mr Rahul Gandhi. One Mr Kishore Samrite filed a case in front of the Allahabad High Court in 2011 alleging Mr Gandhi was involved in the abduction and rape of one Sukanya Devi in Amethi on 6 December 2006. The High Court asked the Criminal Bureau of Investigation to take on the case, dismissed the allegations and imposed a fine of Rs 5 million on Mr Samrite. Mr Samrite filed a review petition in the Supreme Court which stayed the order of the High Court. Yesterday the CBI told the Supreme Court that a " Foreign Hand " was involved in the case. Damn thing keeps turning up when you least expect it. Just when we are about to let foreign hands take control of our airlines and the retail business. The CBI says that the woman named Sukanya Devi never existed. " She is non-existent, her address is fictitious and there is no record whatsoever with the UP government or local bodies." Hang on. Sukanya means " beautiful girl " and is a very common name in India and surely we cannot trust government record keeping. The CBI claims to have found the owners of the websites located abroad within 25 days and asked them for details of IP addresses but were told to " come through proper legal channel " which means they were told to push off. And to think that the same CBI registered a case against Quattrochhi in 1990 and could find nothing against him till 2011 when they asked the Supreme Court to drop his case. Now that was a real Foreign Hand. Mind you the boys rushed around all over the world from Kuala Lumpur to Buenos Aires to the millionaire playground of St Kitts blowing Rs 1 billion in the process. Hope they enjoyed themselves. The clinching evidence apparently came from the accuser himself. " During questioning, Samrite said the litigation was funded. He has given the CBI details of who has funded the litigation. The investigating officer recovered chits about money deposited by him from the funders. The money was used to pay lawyers," the CBI said. Pity the CBI could not find anything against the pedophile Rathore who escaped after a paltry 6 months in jail. We have to remember that Mr Rahul Gandhi is from The Family and the heir apparent for the Prime Minister's chair after the pretender has been pensioned off. And you do not take on anyone from The Family or you will have the entire Congress after you. The BJP may bleat that CBI stands for the Congress Bureau of Investigation but they dared not touch Bofors or Union Carbide when they were in power for 6 years. So was there a conspiracy against Mr Rahul Gandhi? If so who was behind it? Who does the Foreign Hand belong to? Is there a body connected to it? How boring it would be without conspiracies.
