Scams by individuals is bad enough but when nation states start indulging in scams then it becomes very serious indeed. For decades the army and ISI encouraged terrorists and even planned 9/11. At the same time they wring their hands and whinge that without money and arms they are helpless. Money enriches the top bastards of the army and ISI and the arms help keep the population and the civilian government under control. The western countries seem to be in a state of brain death. They were spectacularly resolute against Libya, a country which financed its bad deeds with its own oil money and did not ask for assistance. It should be so much easier against these pariah failed states but we are told that they must be helped. Is it any wonder that people believe in conspiracies.
