Since the US and the UK are directly responsible for this state in Iraq they have an absolute moral duty to send in troops and armor to rid Iraq of the Islamic State. It is easy to abuse Islamic State fighters as barbarians and fanatics but their killings, although graphic, are far fewer than what the US did with depleted uranium and white phosphorus.
