Grave injustice.

Dharun Ravi, a student at Rutgers New Jersey State University, spied on his roommate, Tyler Clementi while he was kissing another man in his room. Ravi rigged up a webcam and showed the pictures to others. Clementi committed suicide by jumping off the George Washington bridge on September 20, 2010. An enormous tragedy. Ravi was found guilty of 15 charges of bias intimidation and invasion of privacy and, yesterday, sentenced to 30 days in prison, 3 years probation and 300 hours of community service. He could be deported to India. Why? Facebook and Google earn billions of dollars by selling private information on users, who have no idea, to advertisers. Celebrity sex tapes are regularly uploaded on the net. The latest one involves Tulisa Contostavlos and is pretty graphic. Not one person has ever been charged with hate crime. Why did Clementi commit suicide when homosexuality is common in the west? Because he knew it is abnormal. This is not about morality or religion, as in sin of Sodom, but about how the human body has developed in 3 billion years of evolution which makes male homosexuality grossly abnormal, both anatomically and pathologically. If Ravi can be deported to India it means that he is an Indian citizen. Why has the Indian government not done anything to protect him? When Raymond Davies shot 2 men in cold blood in Pakistan the US made him a diplomat after the incident and got him out. Italy has withdrawn its ambassador to India because it wants 2 marines, who shot 2 innocent fishermen to death off the coast of Kerala, to be freed. Yet here is a teenager whose life is being destroyed by a vindictive justice system for a prank and our government is acting as mute spectators. No action has been taken against another student, Molly Wei, probably because she is of Chinese descent and Americans are terrified of the Chinese. This is not the first time an Indian has been victimised in the US while a Chinese was treated with reverence. When a Chinese student sent dirty messages to school teachers Kritika Biswas was brutally humiliated by New York police even though she had nothing to do with it. When it was pointed out that she was the daughter of a diplomat US thugs said that diplomatic immunity did not cover families of diplomats. The reason why Indians are regularly brutalised in the US is because India has very strange laws. Suicide is still illegal in India and aiding and abetting suicide is a crime. There are separate laws for " minorities " giving them immunity for actions considered criminal for majority Hindus. But the main reason that Indians are so weak is because our politicians are boot-lickers and they would never dream of standing up to " gora chamra " or white skins. Has any Indian politician lectured Americans in the US about their perverted society the way Hilary Clinton lectures us when she is here? Dharun Ravi's jail sentence is a sentence for all Indians.
