To equate Israeli government and Hamas is an outrage of monstrous proportion when one considers that Hamas can stop the war instantly by releasing the hostages. This is a despicable attempt to allow Hamas to continue to use hostages as human shields. In truth, Khan and the ICC are guilty of crimes against humanity by not demanding immediate release of hostages.
